    Zenith Degree, LLC is owned and operated by Miles Chandler. Miles' specialty is Hospitality and Property Management. He has spent the last decade working for companies such as Marriott Vacation Worldwide and Sonder. At Marriot Miles was dedicated to three resorts within Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. During his time at Marriott, Miles focused on developing and delivering a phenomenal guest experience. He studied and mastered the ins and outs of traditional southern hospitality while delivering guests a stay that would leave an impact. 

    Miles then transitioned to Sonder, Inc., a start-up tech-enabled hospitality company where he oversaw operations and property management in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia.  During his tenure at Sonder, Inc. Miles centered his management of properties by streamlining the advanced technological systems to provide guests with a seamless, contactless, check-in experience. In the background, his focal point was leveraging the technology to make operations efficient and profitable. 

In addition to his extensive experience in hospitality and property management, Miles Chandler also worked as a Project Manager for AIM Real Estate Management. In this role, he played a crucial part in overseeing property, maintenance, and association management. Miles managed work orders, ensuring that maintenance tasks were completed efficiently and to a high standard. He also took the lead in onboarding new clients, helping them integrate smoothly into AIM's systems and services. Furthermore, Miles managed the ongoing operations and special projects at various properties, ensuring that both owners and tenants received top-notch service. His ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction made him an invaluable asset to the team.

    Due to Miles' experience with traditional hospitality operations and his ability to leverage everything he has learned with the up-and-coming technologies of new age hospitality companies, he is perfectly positioned to help property owners make their properties as successful and profitable as possible. Zenith Degree, LLC's mission is to assist property owners in finding their own zenith.
