By contacting Zenith Degree LLC, submitting an inquiry, touring a property, entering into a lease or management agreement, or receiving communications from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services
Zenith Degree LLC provides residential property management services in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina, including but not limited to tenant placement, full-service property management, rental market analysis, and property communications. Services are rendered in accordance with the applicable management agreement or service agreement between Zenith Degree LLC and the property owner.
3. Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Zenith Degree LLC, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS and MMS) from us or on our behalf. These messages may include:

Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive services; however, you may miss time-sensitive communications.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Zenith Degree LLC uses AI-assisted tools to support our team in drafting communications, scheduling follow-ups, and managing outreach. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

Some messages you receive from Zenith Degree LLC may be drafted or initiated with the assistance of AI tools operating under the direction of a licensed property management professional.

AI tools are used to improve response quality and timeliness. All AI-assisted communications represent the position and intent of Zenith Degree LLC and are not to be interpreted differently because of the method of drafting.

AI tools may assist in the analysis of rental market data and tenant screening processes. All final decisions regarding rental pricing and tenant approval are made by a licensed property management professional. AI outputs are used as one input among several and do not constitute the sole basis for any determination. Zenith Degree LLC remains responsible for all screening and pricing decisions and ensures compliance with applicable fair housing laws.

5. No Legal or Financial Advice

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Beaufort County, South Carolina.
